GourmetGrip – Nyonya Kueh Picking
If you are dealing with cakes, dim sum or kuehs, play the video to see how GourmetGrip picks Nyonya Kuehs and places them in a container without damaging them.
Having soft and compliant fingers, our GourmetGrip minimizes damage to delicate food items, such as tofu, pudding and cake, ensuring food quality during packing and assembling. What’s more? The gripper base is able to readjust itself to fit food items of different sizes, as shown in this video.
Introducing our reconfigurable suction gripper – able to adjust the gripper base with high gripping stability. It is suitable for handling different consumer goods/packed foods for manufacturing and packing lines or e-commerce platforms.
Touted to be able to grip objects ranging from soft and delicate to bulky and heavy, the robotics system is designed to meet the needs of industries such as vertical farming and food assembly, say engineers from National University of Singapore.
Inspired by the natural dexterity of the human hand, a team of engineers from the National University of Singapore (NUS) has created a reconfigurable hybrid robotics system that is able to grip a variety of objects: from the small, soft and delicate to the large, heavy and bulky.
RoPlus has been selected as one of TOP100 startup of X-PITCH 2023!
Co-organised by Advanced Robotics Centre (NUS), JM-Vistec, RoPlus and Universal Robots, the seminar discovers how intelligent automated gripping solutions with vision-guided robotics are embedded into Industry 4.0 and learn about opportunities to deepen partnerships with various agencies to contribute toward our digital economy moving forward.
